Drum Lampshade Workshop

Duration: Approximately 2 hrs

You will be supplied with a 30cm Diameter Drum Lampshade kit and all the materials.

You will need to provide 1/2 metre of light to mid weight cotton fabric of your choice.

You will produce a beautiful 30cm diameter drum lampshade.

Cost: £49 per person

 

Modern Upholstery Workshop

Duration: 3hrs

You will be able to work on a small piece of your own in a small group setting. Item to be discussed with course tutor to ensure that it is suitable.  You will then be taught how to re-upholster the piece using modern upholstery techniques.  Tools and some materials will be provided.  You will provide your own fabric.  If your piece requires foam there will be an extra charge for this.

Cost: £49 per person

Zipped CushionWorkshop

Duration: Approximately 3 hours

You will be taught how to make an 18" Zipped Cushion.  You will provide the fabric(I would not recommend Velvet and advise you to choose a mid weight cotton fabric).  You will need 1/2 metre of fabric. I will provide the sewing machine, zip and feather cushion.  You are welcome to bring your own sewing machine if you wish.

Footstool Weekend

2 days 10 to 1 each day

You will be provided the handmade footstool frame and all the materials to make a small footstool.  You will be taught how to build up the footstool from the frame using modern upholstery techniques.  You are asked to provide your choice of fabric for the footstool.  I would suggest 1m of fabric.  All other materials and tools will be provided.  This is a fun, busy weekend where you get to learn many basic upholstery techniques.

One to One Upholstery Sessions

One to One Upholstery Sessions can be arranged.  Please message me to agree what you would like to work on and possible dates.  

Cost £60 per person for a 3 hr session.

If you would like to book a session with friends. Please contact me to discuss possible dates and ideas on what you would like to do.  A discount will be offered on group bookings of 4 people or above.
